In the current version, model data is not saved in the project file, but is read from the model file every time. So, if you modify the original model data, Elfreina will read the model data, so you can modify it.
And if the modification of the model is small, then there is no additional work in Elfreina. However, please note that if it is a major change, it will take some work.
