Folder icon registration dialog
This is the dialog displayed when registering the folder icon.
About Folder Ykon
The folder icon can be used as a pair of "Closed folder icon" and "Open folder icon". You cannot use one of them as a folder icon.
The closed folder icon and the open folder icon must be the same icon name for use. In the image above, both icon names are set to the same.
Register folder icon (add button)
Click the "Add" button in the upper left of the dialog to register the closed folder icon, and the "Add" button in the upper right of the dialog to register the open folder icon.
A file selection dialog appears, and selects the image you want to load. It is also possible to read multiple files together.
In addition, the image format that can be imported is as follows.
- .ico (Icon)
- .bmp (BMP)
- .jpg, .jpeg (Joint Photographic Experts Group)
- .gif (Graphics Interchange Format)
- .png (Portable Network Graphics)
- .tif, .tiff (Tag Image File Format)
When you import the file, it is registered as a folder icon.
The imported image is resized to the size of "16×16" regardless of the original size. The icon is newly created and does not affect the image file from which it was imported.
Register folder icons (drag and drop)
If it is troublesome to display and select files one by one, you can register even if you drag and drop from "Windows Explorer" or "Internet Explorer".
* In Windows Vista, etc., if the execution authority of the application is different, it may not be possible to register by dragging and dropping.
Delete folder icon
To remove the folder icon, select the icon that you want to remove from the list and press the "Delete" button.
The figure below is about the closed folder icon, but the open folder icon can be deleted with the delete button on the right side of the dialog.
If you delete a folder icon, you may not be able to see it if you use it for the folder (you may see it if you register the icon of the same name again).
You can also remove it from "Delete" in the right-click menu.
Add default icon
Add the default check icon in Raster. Use it if you accidentally delete it or if you don't have an icon to add.
The default icons are the icons in [Raster Folder]\Image\CloseFolderIcon" and "[Raster Folder]\Image\OpenFolderIcon".

Rename the icon
To rename an icon, slowly click twice on the name part of the icon (not a double click). You will be able to edit the name, so change it to any name.
Alternatively, you can edit with the F2 key to "Rename" from the right-click menu.
By the way, if you change the name here, the name of the icon used in the checklist tree will be changed at once.
The characters that can be used in the name of the icon are the same as the characters that can be used as the file name.
You cannot rename an icon that already exists.
Copy name
If you have trouble setting the same name one by one, you can use the "Copy Name" button in the center of the dialog.
For example, if you want to copy the name of the closed folder icon to the open folder icon, first select the closed folder icon from which you want to copy it, and then select the open folder icon to copy to.
After that, press the "Copy name to right (→) button in the center to copy the name.
Conversely, if you want to copy the name of the open folder icon to the closed folder icon, select both icons as well and click the "Copy name to ←) button.
Close dialog
To close the dialog, press the Close button at the bottom right of the dialog. In the folder icon registration dialog, all actions are reflected immediately, so you can not cancel.
