Save checklist template dialog

Dialog that is displayed when saving the checklist template.
Enter the name of the template to save
Type the name of the template that you want to save in the text box. If a template with the same name already exists, it cannot be saved. You can see the templates that you have already created in the middle list.
Delete a template that has already been created
If you have a template that you have already created that you want to delete, select the template and click the "Delete" button.
Save template
Once you have entered the name of the template, you can save it with the "OK" button. If you do not want to save, click the "Cancel" button.
