If you select an item in the vertex weight box list, or if you select model vertex selection when creating the box, the check item will be displayed in the object list.
Depending on the check state of the second B mark, you can select the mesh to which the box will be applied. For example, if you have a box near your neck but don't want it to affect your head, you can remove the B mark on your head so that the box doesn't apply to your head. This setting can be specified on a per-box basis.
The third check is the vertex selection lock flag, which means that when selecting model vertices, if this lock is checked, the vertices of that object cannot be selected.
