The list displays the data boxes you created. By toggling the eye icon, you can show or hide the box in the view.
The second check is the "locked" flag, which prevents the face or vertex of the box from being selected.
If you click a list item while holding down the "Ctrl" key, you can make the clicked box fully selected. You can reorder items by dragging them.
Also, if you have created a display type for data boxes and set a type for each data box, you can display each type of databox by switching the display type.
