Symptoms that occur

After exiting Elfreina, the following "Program Compatibility Assistant" may appear.

Conditions of occurrence

This happens when running in the following environments:

  • When running on a 64-bit OS
  • When you open Wizard Help

cause

The wizard help determines whether to start as a 32-bit application or a 64-bit application depending on the OS execution environment. If the OS is 64-bit, it is launched as a 64-bit application.

In addition, the wizard help uses IE components to display help, and if it is launched as a 64-bit application as described above, the IE components will also use 64-bit ones.

Countermeasures

There are no failures caused by this warning. Flash just doesn't run when you navigate to a page with Flash. If you click "This program has worked properly" in the above dialog, the warning will not be displayed when Elfreina is terminated from the next time.

Depending on the environment of the PC you are using, nothing may be displayed in the view.
When transitioning to animation mode, "An unhandled exception occurred in a component of the application" is displayed during vertex data setting.
